Uropa had the opportunity to visit a private campground that had folklore about the ghost of a small child that supposedly haunted this area. Where this folklore came from is still unknown however has been around for at least 20 years. The owner reported strange sounds in the forrest which I thought could be attributed to typical woodland sounds...
Upon arrival we split into two groups. Chrystal and Shae went to an area of the campground that had old toys, sandbox, swingset and a treehouse. Chrystal placed a digital audio recorder inside the treehouse. After taking some photos around the area, they left. This was about 15 minutes later.
John and Mike set off to a couple of abandoned trailer houses on the other side of the campground. Here we took photos and did EVP work.
After 20 to 30 minutes the two groups switched areas and continued to investigate.
Mike also took some photos in the area of the playground and had some interesting results.
If you look closely at this photo, you will notice the "mist" seems to trail from the trees in the background. Neither of us were smoking. We are not claiming this is paranormal, however we have no explanation for the mist.

Upon review of our audio, there was a peculiar knocking noise that continued off and on for about 20 minutes. These were taken from the treehouse. Judge for youself, none of us were there at the time. This is before Mike and myself showed up at the treehouse area.

After reviewing the evidence collected we believe that this area could possibly house paranormal phenomena and we hope to be able to do a follow up soon.
